Only available if UBL module is active


Thanks to the UBL module, it is possible to determine at the level of the individual customers whether they only want to receive the invoice in PDF format or also in UBL format. By default, all business customers will receive an invoice in UBL format in addition to the PDF invoice, while this is not the case for private customers. This default setting can be adjusted upon request. 


You can also manually change this at the level of the individual customers. You can do this on the “Financial” tile of the customer record. If the delivery method is set to email, you can indicate whether the invoice should be added in UBL format for the respective customer.
