With our new report, you can easily view the difference in kilometers between the check-in of the previous contract and the check-out of the next contract.
You can find this report under the tab Reports > Fleet > Unregistered Mileage.
A list will then appear with all resources where a discrepancy has been observed between the mileage at check-in (1) of the previous contract and the check-out (2) of the next contract. Normally, columns 1 and 2 should be identical. If this is not the case, these resources are included in the list.
When these kilometers show a negative difference (where the mileage at check-out is lower than at check-in of the previous contract), this is considered an impossible situation, as kilometers cannot decrease. Therefore, these rows are marked in red (3).
Note the following:
- A margin of 1 km is always taken into account, for example, for parking transport.
- The Resource ID and contracts in this list are clickable, allowing you to navigate directly to the relevant resource or contract.
