The "Extended billing" module provides access to additional functionality such as invoice run, recurring billing, and split billing.

With the invoice run , you can invoice multiple contracts at the same time. You get an overview of everything that still needs to be invoiced. Ideal for weekly or monthly billing. This way, it is also possible to invoice multiple contracts on one invoice. 

Periodic invoicing is useful if you want to create an invoice monthly for long-term contracts. It is also possible to invoice in advance.

With split billing you can put multiple customers on 1 contract and decide for yourself what each customer pays or how the cost is shared.
