You can effectively give a customer a certain discount. This will then be included in the price calculation of ProPlanner. 

You can set this on the customer record under the "Financial" tile. You can choose for which type of price line you want to give a discount and how much it is.

You can add certain criteria or choose a discount in general. Only the date from which the discount is valid, the price line type, and the percentage are mandatory.
