When creating a new customer, indicate whether it is a business or private customer. However, if after saving the customer you realize that you have mistakenly created the customer as a business (or private) customer, there is still a possibility to convert this customer to a respective private (or business) customer. You can find this option under the "Actions" button on the respective customer record:

This action will result in certain data about the respective customer being permanently deleted. The lists below show which data are these.


Data typical to a business customer

This data is lost when switching from a business to a private customer.

  • First and last name of the contact person
  • VAT number
  • Enterprise number (or Chamber of Commerce number or SIRET number)


Data typical to a private customer

This data is lost when switching from a private to a business customer.

  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • National registry number
  • Identity card number
  • Identity card photo
  • Validity dates of the identity card
  • Driver's license number
  • Validity dates of the driver's license
  • Driver's license photo
