There are different categories of integrations:

• Full sync: bidirectional synchronization. ProPlanner will retrieve information from the external package and send information to the package.
  
  
• Only import: sometimes ProPlanner only requests information from the package. For example: requesting customer data or vehicle data
  
  
• Only export: the information from ProPlanner is exported to generate a file that can be imported into the software
