When you want to sell a resource from the fleet, you can generate a sales invoice that automatically includes the necessary details of the sold resource on the invoice. This information does not need to be manually filled in, which allows for an efficient creation of this sales invoice while minimizing the chance of errors.
You can generate the sales invoice for the respective resource in various ways:
- From the resource record itself:

- From a contract to which the resource for sale was added:

- Starting from a blank invoice

However, if you want to create a sales invoice for a resource for which there is already a sales invoice, you will receive a notification about this. This is not blocking, which means that you can still decide to continue creating the invoice.
When generating this invoice, the necessary data of the selected resource will be automatically filled in.

These data are all derived from the resource card of the relevant resource. The selling price of the resource is also determined on this card (see first screenshot). You can always adjust this selling price when you create the actual sales invoice. In that case, this modified selling price will also be saved on the relevant resource card.
When you confirm the sales invoice of the resource, it will be saved on the "Documents" tile on the resource card. In addition, both the pro forma and confirmed sales invoices will be displayed in the invoice overview.
