The "Actions" tile shows the actions:

  • Which you created yourself
  • Which were assigned to you (or a group you belong to)
  • The deadline of which is within the specified period
These actions are shown in different colours:
- A blue action is informative
- An orange action has "Warning" status
- A red action has "Alarm" status
- A green action has "Completed" status


The screenshot above is an example of when the user FSTadmin is logged on. This user has, among other roles, the "Fleet Manager" role and has rights within location A.


Adding actions to this tile can be done in several ways:

  • Add an action (1)
  • Complete an action (2)
  • Change an action (only for actions you created) (3)
  • Delete an action (only for actions you created) (4)
  • Click through to the subject of a particular action from where you can then perform the action (5)


The following is possible via the "Actions" tile:
