The period during which the resource is actually used by the customer may differ from the reserved time stated on the signed contract due to circumstances. This is covered by having the customer sign a check-out and check-in document.


In certain cases, such as fine processing or discussions with the insurance company, it may be necessary to have a signed contract with the actual check-out and check-in times.


To avoid unnecessarily burdening the customer with signing multiple documents, it is possible for the customer to automatically sign the contract when signing the check-out.


Additionally, the scheduled check-out time on the contract can be adjusted to the actual check-out time. For this, the existing tag on the contract template to display the departure time will need to be changed to a new tag.


This function is also provided for check-in:

  • There is a setting that allows you to have the contract re-signed when signing the check-in. 
  • By adjusting the tag on the contract template, the scheduled arrival time can be replaced with the actual arrival time.


If sending the check-in document to the customer is activated, the new contract will be emailed to the customer along with the check-in document.
