This report provides an overview of the damages that were registered on the different resources during the reporting period. Via the filter bar on the left side of the screen, you can:

  • Adjust the reporting period, which is by default set to today +/- 2 weeks
  • Limit the report to the resources that belong to, are located in, or were checked in at a particular selection of pools
  • Decide which damages you want to see in the report:
    1. Damages to the interior and/or exterior
    2. Blocking damages
    3. Urgent damages
    4. Repaired damages
  • Finally, with this report you can view the registered damages for a specific vehicle

 

The following data is displayed by default in the report:


FIELD NAMECONTENT

Resource ID

ID of the respective resource. You can immediately navigate to this resource via the eye icon at the beginning of the row. The relevant resource sheet will open in a separate tab.

Owner pool

Name of the pool the resource belongs to.

Current pool

Name of the pool where the resource is currently located.

Checkin pool

Name of the pool where the resource was checked in within the contract where the relevant damage was registered.

License plate

License plate of the respective resource.

Resource

Description of the respective resource.

Date of claim

Date on which the relevant damage was registered.

Interior / Exterior

Indicates whether the damage concerns the interior or the exterior of the resource.

Claim type

Type of damage as indicated by the user during registration.

Category

Selected damage category during the registration of the respective damage.

Claim description

The description provided by the user during the registration of the damage

Number of photos

Indicates how many photos are associated with the relevant damage.

Blocked?

Indicates whether the damage is blocking further use of the resource.

Urgent?

Indicates whether the damage must be repaired urgently.

Recovered?

Indicates whether the damage has already been repaired.

Recovery date

If the damage has already been repaired, this will show the date on which the repair was registered in the system.

Contract ID

If the damage was registered on a contract, the ID of the respective contract will be shown here. This ID is clickable and will show the relevant contract in a new tab.

Driver

Here the name of the driver responsible for the incurred damage is displayed. This field is also clickable and will open the detail screen for this driver in a new tab.
