This report gives you an overview of the required transfers within the reporting period, which is by default set to the next 7 days. A transfer is required if the departure pool of the resource on the contract is at a different business unit location than the arrival pool for the same resource on the previous contract. This means that the resource must be moved to be able to depart in the new contract. However, if it is indicated that the transfer is not required (different pool but same physical location), this will not be shown in this report. A transfer will only be shown in this report if the start date of the contract for which the transfer is required falls within the specified reporting period and if the resource has not yet departed under the relevant contract.
Through the filter bar on the left side of the screen, you can:
- Adjust the reporting period
- Indicate whether you also want to see the transfers that are marked as not required
- Indicate which transfers you want to see (from which pool to which pool)
- Indicate that you only want to see those transfers with a specific deadline
- Indicate that you only want to see transfers for a specific resource
