Through this report, you receive a list of the unrecorded kilometres between two consecutive contracts for all resources within the selected pools, where the departing contract falls wholly or partially within the reporting period, which by default is set to the past 30 days. The report only displays those consecutive contracts where the difference in mileage between arrival and departure > 2 (both positive and negative) (to exclude minor movements, e.g. on the parking lot).
Through the filter bar on the left side of the screen you can:
- Adjust the reporting period
- Limit the report to unrecorded kilometres for a specific resource
- Limit the report to the resources that belong to, are located in, must depart from, or must arrive in a specific selection of pools
The following data are shown in the report:

Check-in pool | Pool where the resource was checked in before the next check-out with a different mileage. |
Check-in by | The user who registered the check-in where a different mileage was recorded than at the following check-out. |
Check-in contract | Contract at which the check-in was registered where a different mileage was recorded than at the following check-out. |
Check-out time | Time when the resource was checked out after being checked in with a different mileage. |
Check-out mileage | The recorded mileage of the resource at check-out after the registration of a prior check-in with a different mileage. |
Check-out pool | Pool where the resource was checked out after being checked in with a different mileage. |
Check-out by | The user who registered the check-out where a different mileage was recorded than at the previous check-in. |
Check-out contract | Contract at which the check-out was registered where a different mileage was recorded than at the previous check-in. |
Unrecorded km | Difference between the check-out mileage and the check-in mileage. |
