This report allows you to check how active the users are within a specific Business Unit and which activities they have performed. Additionally, it also shows how well they follow procedures. All of this for a preset reporting period, which by default is set to the previous week. 

 

Via the filter bar on the left side of the screen, you can:

  • Adjust the reporting period
  • Specify that you want to limit the report to activities on contracts with a certain status
  • Specify that you want to limit the report to activities on contracts or resources with a certain rental type

 

The report itself by default displays the following information per Business Unit per user:

Total sum of ContractCount

Number of contracts that the user has created within the reporting period in the relevant Business Unit.

Total sum of ContractSignatureCount

Number of contracts created by the user within the reporting period in the relevant Business Unit that were signed by the customer on the contract.

ContractSignaturePercentage

(Number of signed contracts / Number of created contracts) * 100. The lower this percentage is, the less the user follows the correct procedure to have the contract signed by the customer.

Total sum of CheckInCount

Number of times the user has registered a check-in within the reporting period on a contract created in the relevant Business Unit.

Total sum of CheckInSignatureCount

Number of times a check-in performed by the user within the reporting period on a contract created in the relevant Business Unit was signed by the customer.

CheckInSignaturePercentage

(Number of signed check-ins / Number of executed check-ins) * 100. The lower this percentage is, the less the user follows the correct procedure to have an executed check-in signed by the customer.

Total sum of CheckOutCount

Number of times the user has registered a check-out within the reporting period on a contract created in the relevant Business Unit.

Total sum of CheckOutSignatureCount

Number of times a check-out performed by the user within the reporting period on a contract created in the relevant Business Unit was signed by the customer.

CheckOutSignaturePercentage

(Number of signed check-outs / Number of executed check-outs) * 100. The lower this percentage is, the less the user follows the correct procedure to have an executed check-out signed by the customer.
