Through this report, you get a overview of the executed transactions within the reporting period (by default, this is the current month) and within the business unit where you are logged in. However, this standard display can be adjusted via the filter bar on the left side of the screen. Here you can:

  • Adjust the reporting period
  • Adjust for which business units you wish to consult the registered transactions
  • Limit the report to those transactions that match one of the desired transaction types
  • Limit the report to those transactions that were executed using one of the selected methods
  • Limit the report to the transactions that have a certain export status

 

The report shows the following information:


FIELD NAMECONTENT

Contract

ID of the contract on which the transaction was registered. When you click on the eye icon at the front of the relevant row, this contract will be opened.

Invoice

Number of the invoice that was (partially) paid by means of the transaction. This is the invoice that was indicated when registering the transaction.

Customer name

Name of the main client on the contract.

Business unit

Business unit in which the transaction was registered. There are several options:

  • If it is a cash payment: business unit where the cash register is registered on which the payment was made
  • If it is a payment via terminal: business unit where the terminal is registered on which the payment was made
  • If it is a on contract payment (no cash or terminal): business unit within which the relevant contract was created
  • If it is a on invoice payment (no cash or terminal): business unit within which the invoice was created

transaction date

Date and time at which the transaction was registered.

Type

The transaction type assigned to the relevant transaction.

Method

Indicates the manner in which the transaction was executed.

Code

The code of the register on which the transaction was executed. This field is therefore only filled in if the transaction was registered on a cash register.

Amount

The amount of the relevant transaction. When the relevant transaction is an outgoing transaction (e.g., refund, etc.), a negative amount will be displayed here.

Card type

If the transaction was executed online, this indicates with which card type the transaction was executed.

Remark

When registering a transaction, the user can enter a remark. This is displayed here.

Date and time at which the transaction was saved in ProPlanner.

Created by

Username of the user who registered the transaction in ProPlanner.
