This report allows you to check how much the resources within the selected pools will generate during the reporting period, which is by default set to the next 7 days. The report provides an overview of:
- The generated turnover for the resources within the selected pools
- The incurred costs by the resources within the selected pools based on the daily cost (theoretical or actual depending on the settings) for the relevant resources
- The generated rentability by the resource within the selected pools
The report displays these figures for each individual day within the reporting period, but also provides a total for the entire reporting period. So, at a glance, you can see how much a certain selection of your fleet has generated (or will generate) for a particular period.
For the figures on a daily level, the different factors are calculated as follows:
- Turnover = the generated turnover for the relevant day. A price line linked to this resource that includes the relevant day within the reference period will be taken into account, but only for the relevant day. This means that the total price of the price line will be divided by the number of days in the reference period. When the reference period of the price line starts or ends during the relevant day, the daily price will be calculated pro-rata.
- Costs = the daily cost of the resource (theoretical or actual depending on the settings)
- Rentability = Turnover - Costs for the relevant day
Through the filter bar on the left side of the screen, you can:
- Adjust the reporting period
- Select for which pools you want to see the turnover, costs, and rentability
