The new Elena 24 API introduces technical changes. This checks whether registrations have been found within Elena during the steps below (this applies to both business and private customers). This must be configured by ProPlanner itself. So please contact us so we can set this up for you.
- When creating a reservation/contract.
- At check-out.
- For high risk (this was not possible before).
Note: for this last category ‘in case of high risk’, the checkbox below must be selected on price range:

When creating a contract and on the day of check-out, Elena performs checks automatically. ProPlanner no longer stores registration data; this is fully managed in Elena. Users receive an alert (toaster) in ProPlanner. Through this alert you can click through to Elena, where you can see whether a customer is already registered, for example: "The following risks were found for customer X…” This message is non-blocking.


All data can now only be viewed in Elena. Here you can also see a log of who downloaded which data and when. In the customer data at contract level, you are redirected to Elena to consult information there.

ProPlanner will therefore only function as a referrer and Elena as the central platform for data management from now on.
