When making a reservation via the webplugin, you can distinguish between private or business customers and add the corresponding company and/or address details. You can also link a contact person to business customers.



Once the customer has confirmed this data, you will see a notification on the contract in the planning indicating that new customer data has been received and you will need to specify whether you want to process it or not. 




If you confirm this, the information will be completed. If the customer already exists, you will be asked which data you want to keep, just like in the customer registration portal
